The National Boulder training camp will be held at Northcote Boulder Gym on Saturday 8th June 2019. The focus will be on introducing and developing World Cup and World Championship boulder skills in the 5 on 5 off format.
The foucus will be on testing and developing warmup routines and preparing athletes for the 5 on 5 off format, the diffuculty of international bouldes and well as tactics.
There will also be a debrief and Q & A session regrding the upcoming World Championships and Youth World Champioships.
The cost is $20 gym entry payable to the gym on the day.
