Describe a Router Setter?  They are the artists of Sport Climbing. 

• Select the holds to be used.
• Decides the sequence of movements to challenge the climber on the wall.
• Determines the difficulty grade (always be nice to the setter). 
• Creates a particular climbing style (technical, powerful, dynamic, endurance-based, coordination-focused, etc.).
• A setter personally tests and refines the route, so it is fair, safe, challenging and enjoyable and suited to the climbers on the wall.
