Victorian Pre-Nationals Training Camp

A structured training day aimed at preparing Victorians for upcoming national events. Details of the agenda to follow.

Open to adults or youth planning on going to either the Adult Lead National Titles or the Youth National Championships.

Schedule

9:30am:  Climbers who have not done lead checks at Northwalls to arrive and complete lead check

10am-10:15am: Introduction and discussion about Warm-ups

10:15-11am: Warm-up

11am-1:30pm: Discussion about on-route decision making and route sequencing followed by onight practice on 4 routes

1:30pm - 2:30pm: Lunch Break and move to Crossfit Moreland

2:30pm - 3:30pm: Movement skill acquisition followed by conditioning workout

Cost

$15 for coaching (plus participants will also need to pay their normal gym entry on the day of event.).
